Standard delivery within Pakistan takes 3–5 business days. Express next-day delivery is available for Islamabad and Rawalpindi. All orders are insured and dispatched in XYLO’s signature luxury packaging.
If you are not completely satisfied with your XYLO timepiece, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery — provided the watch is unworn, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging with all documentation intact. Contact xylowears@gmail.com to initiate a return.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been issued.
